We started the project on May 15, 2023, and finished it by the end of June 2023. The client was one of our respected repeat customers, for whom we completed multiple home and office renovation projects. The project involved nearly complete main floor and basement renovation. We added two large windows and lintels for the basement and three windows and the main entrance door for the main floor to gain extra natural light. As the exterior wood sidings were almost rotten, we replaced them with V-grove pine wood with exterior-grade paint. The soffit and fascia are re-coated with a new layer of fine plywood with exterior-grade paint.
