Inclusive Interiors is a general renovation contractor serving The GTA and surrounding areas. It was established in 2008 as a sole proprietorship under Arian Home Improvements and incorporated in 2014 as an Ontario corporation. We offer complete renovation services from design to completion and everything in between. We are fully licensed and insured. All of our trades are protected with WSIB in case of any accidents on the site. We proudly offer a minimum of 2 years of unlimited warranty on our workmanship and five years of warranty for structural works.
We have over 20 years of experience in the Renovation Industry
We have served top GTA renovation companies and custom home developers as sub-contractors for several years. During the process, we learned how “big companies” charge hefty prices for renovation projects and then chop the project into pieces for sub-contracting purposes. Roughly, they keep a margin of 40% of the sale price for themselves and give the remaining 60% to subcontractors for materials and labor. If there is any extra work, their margin increases to 100% of the actual cost. It is time to put all the expertise and knowledge of working with different contractors into one inclusive basket.
